How long will it take to receive my order?

You’ll get unlimited Next Working Day Delivery on all orders over £20 for 12 months. So you never run out of balls or grips again.

Is there a minimum order value?

Yes, Next Working Day Delivery applies to orders over £20. Grab an overgrip and a couple of tubes of balls and you’re already there.

What does the Warranty Upgrade cover?
It covers manufacturer faults only, meaning defects in materials or workmanship. So if something isn’t made right, you’re covered.

What’s not covered under the warranty, and how many times can I use it?
Damage from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care isn’t covered.
The warranty can only be used once.

How long does a replacement take?

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement on a Next Working Day Delivery as soon as the faulty item has been returned. Without the warranty upgrade, this process usually takes up to 2 weeks.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Just contact our support team with details of the issue. We may ask for photos or for the item to be returned for inspection and we’ll provide a prepaid postage label to make it easy.

Can I cancel or transfer the warranty

Yes, if a warranty claim is deemed unsuccessful (for example, due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care), we can transfer the warranty to a new racket purchased from Express Padel.

This is a non-refundable product. Once a warranty claim is made, the warranty is fulfilled. As it’s a one-time use, once a warranty claim is made, it cannot be transferred.

Unlimited Next Day Delivery – £9.99 (Terms & Conditions)

The Unlimited Next Day Delivery service provides customers with unlimited next day delivery on eligible orders for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Free next day delivery applies to orders with a minimum basket value of £20 (after discounts and before shipping). Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify for next day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

This service is available for UK mainland delivery addresses only and is subject to stock availability. In the event of stock shortages or operational delays, delivery times may vary.

Unlimited Next Day Delivery applies only to standard-sized items and excludes oversized, bulk, or specialist delivery items where additional charges may apply.

This service is non-transferable, non-refundable (except where required by law), and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this service at any time where necessary for operational or commercial reasons.

Includes all Unlimited Next Day Delivery benefits for 12 months.

Unlimited next day delivery applies to orders over £20, subject to stock availability, cut-off times, and UK mainland delivery only.

The Warranty Upgrade covers manufacturer faults only (defects in materials or workmanship). It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Limited to one successful claim per purchase. Once a replacement has been issued following an approved claim, the warranty is considered fulfilled.

All claims are subject to assessment and approval. We may require photos or return of the item for inspection.

Standard replacements are dispatched once the faulty item has been returned and received.
If required sooner, a replacement can be sent the same day if paid for upfront — this will be fully refunded once the faulty item is returned.

If a claim is declined (e.g. due to damage, misuse, or poor care), the warranty remains valid and can be transferred to a new racket purchased from us.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. Where an identical product is unavailable, a suitable alternative or store credit may be offered.

This warranty is transferable to a new owner.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these terms and to amend these terms where necessary.
