Cooling Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may return the products for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original, unopened condition.

Conditions for Returns

  • Unused and Unopened Items: All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes padel rackets, balls, and accessories that are still in new, resalable condition.
  • Used Items: We are unable to accept returns for any used items, including products that have been opened, tested, or used in any way. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as grip tape or used balls.

How to Return Items

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us hello@expresspadel.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the items. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  3. Packaging: Ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss availability and options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must follow the same guidelines as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting customer service.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used padel balls
  • Custom-made or personalized items
